Sourdough of the Month: May 2021

We’ve been selling greens from Eeden Farms at the market and we couldn’t resist their gorgeous living produce! In particular, their basil stems produce huge fragrant leaves that inspired this month’s Sun-dried Tomato & Basil loaf!

It’s really a treat to work with fresh herbs and the basil aroma permeates the kitchen as we work with the dough. You can pick one up at the Farmers’ Market on Saturdays on order from us throughout the week!
