How can I place an order?
Once you’ve made your selection, you can either call or WhatsApp your order to (242) 826-2289 or e-mail us at hellomudough@gmail.com!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Mu’Dough bakes to order Monday - Thursday. The majority of our menu is available for next day delivery, however, some items, such as the sourdough loaves and focaccia, require a few days to maximize flavour. We’ll confirm your delivery date when you order but it’s best to give us advance notice! You can also pick up on Saturdays at the Doongalik Farmers’ Market (#20 Village Road).
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer free delivery for Eastern and Central New Providence. There is a $5 delivery fee for the Western and Southern areas. Delivery is available Monday - Thursday!
How should I store my order?
In the cooler months, the bread can stay on the counter for 2-3 days before needing to be moved to the fridge/freezer. We would recommend consuming all enriched bread products within a week of receipt if kept in the refrigerator. The island loaves, sourdough breads and bagels freeze very well, though we would recommend slicing these items before freezing and popping them in the toaster to return them to room temperature!
Where are you located?
At the moment, we do not have a brick and mortar location, we are doing home based delivery. However, you can find us at the Doongalik Farmers’ Market on Saturdays, during their market season.
Is there any bread available today?
In order to minimize food waste, it’s rare that we bake extra products outside of the orders. However, on market days we will have a variety of products available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.
What flours do you bake with?
The majority of the menu uses wheat based flour, in the form of all purpose, bread (hard/strong) flour and whole wheat flours. Our sourdough starter is a wheat/rye blend and our sourdough loaves often contain spelt/einkorn grains.
Are any of your products vegan/gluten free?
Yes! Our sourdough loaves, bagels, focaccia and multigrain loaves are all vegan. Unfortunately, we no longer make gluten free items at this time, but may reintroduce them to our menu again, at a later date. Contact us for details and pricing!
How can I pay?
At the moment, we accept cash, cheques, bank transfer, Kanoo, and Paypal.
