TIPS & TRICKS
You can thaw your dough in the fridge for two hours prior to baking, or on the counter for approx. 30 mins.
While you can bake directly from frozen, cookies may not spread the desired amount.
Lining the bake tray with parchment or silicone reduces spread, resulting in a thicker, chewier cookie.
Greasing the tray promotes spread. If you desire a thinner potentionally crunchier cookie, you can bake this way!
You can absolutely bake directly on an ungreased baking sheet, but clean up, am I right?
You can bake just one or two cookies in an air fryer or toaster oven (guilty!). Definitely line the tray of either. Bake between 325 - 350F for 10 mins and keep a close eye on them as all machines are different. They will not be as pretty but they will be 100% delicious.
Rotate the cookie sheet after about 8 minutes for a more even bake!
Use two spoons to adjust the cookie shape right out of the oven for perfect circles.
Let cookies rest on tray for 10 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
Top with flaky salt, if so desired!
Most importantly, enjoy!
