Baking Instructions

It’s pizza party time!

Thanks for purchasing the Mu’Dough pizza dough. Here’s everything you need to know to bake your pizza:


Keep dough refrigerated until ready to use, but allow dough to come up to room temperature before baking.

If not used by the next day, freeze for up to a month.

Preheat oven to 450F.

Lightly flour dough and work surface.

Gently release dough onto the work surface (top side up) and brush away any excess flour.

Use fingers to dimple the dough out from the centre of the dough ball, taking care not to degas too much, esp around the edges. (Leave about 1" untouched for the crust)

Pick up the dough and stretch gently on knuckles from the centre.

Dust your greased baking pan/cast iron pan with cornmeal.

Place dough inside, top, bake for 18-22 mins or until crust and cheese turn golden brown.

For a darker/crispier crust, par-bake the dough for 12 mins. Pull, top with sauce and toppings add cheese and bake for another 6-10 mins.

For a more bubbly crust, let dough proof in your baking dish for 20 mins before baking!
